Straw-yellow colour with appealing, brilliant reflections. It off ers scents of white fl owers combined with those of slightly green apples. It is a wine of great elegance, off ering aromas of good intensity, superbly balanced and persistent.

It is ideal as an aperitif or when matched with horsd’oeuvres, fi sh or vegetarian soups, crustaceans and boiled seefood.
