Tasting Notes
Clean and bright, pale yellow with delicate green highlights. It is very intense and fine on the nose, clean, direct, with a fresh, fruity character. Herbaceous notes intertwine with citric aromas of lime.On the palate it is flavourful and refreshing, showing a touch of salinity blended with aromas of grapefruit, fennel and other aromatic herbs.
