Tasting Notes

Golden, pale straw yellow in colour.

Very fine and mineral nose with notes of fresh fruit.

The palate starts off bold and very elegant. Soft and delicate in the mouth with perfect acidity lasting though to the finish.

Serve chilled, on its own as an aperitif, or paired with scallops, mussels, oysters, grilled fish, sardines, or goat’s cheeses.
